How to start a reseller account
Thank you for your interest in DataFort’s Channel Partner Programmes. Getting started is easy and after you send us your application and signed agreement you could be selling managed backup services in as little as 2 weeks.

Reseller agreement
We will email you a pdf copy of the appropriate agreement. Date the agreement on the first and second page, fill in the company registered address, registration and VAT numbers. Sample copies of the agreements are available on the legal page of the DataFort website.
Tier II and Tier III resellers: Rebranding the agent
You will need to provide the images as detailed in the appendix of reseller agreement. Email the images to . You will also need to approve the user agreement for insertion in rebranded agent. A copy of the user agreement is available on the legal page of the DataFort website.
Please plan ahead as their can be a significant wait for the rebranded agent.
Tier II and Tier III payment terms
Since you will invoice your customers directly a direct debate mandate must be completed and lodged with your bank before the first account can be signed.

The Beta Development Programme
Some resellers are invited to take part in our beta development programme. Not only will you be able to be involved in the development of new service software, you will have access to new product information in advance of your competitos.

After the reseller agreement has been accepted you will receive your welcome pack with a copy of the agreement for your records, unlock code, access details for the customer management tool and other useful information. You will also receive access details to the DataFort Wiki.
