Andrew Parker Joins DataFort as Account Development Manager
Off-Site Storage Expert Strengthens Sales Team Following Successful Q1

DataFort, provider of effortless off-site data back-up, today announced the appointment of Andrew Parker as Account Development Manager. Andrew will be responsible for driving new business and managing dealer partnerships. His appointment comes at a critical time in DataFort’s growth, as the company celebrates one of its strongest quarters yet. Among its successes include securing new partnerships to promote DataFort 3, the company’s flagship
product that can manage backup requirements for many terabytes of data.
Andrew brings 23 years of industry experience to DataFort, and has held senior sales positions at Borland and Oracle, where he managed the OEM and VAR channels. Whilst in their employ, he frequently exceeded sales targets and secured profitable dealer partnerships with companies including CMG and Logica. Prior to joining DataFort, Andrew was responsible for EMEA distributor and VAR accounts for Unify Corporation and significantly improved sales revenues at Flexi International by increasing its blue-chip user base and introducing new partners to the company.
