Customer Support Engineer
Must know Windows and Internet protocols such as FTP, HTTP and SSH. Linux knowledge helpful. The new member of our elite team will have excellent communications skills and a proven ability to work through customer support issues to resolution. The successful candidate will also be in charge of managing the day-to-day server infrastructure needed to run the company services. Occasionally work on client’s sites required. Clean driving license.
After initial training you may be required to provide out of hours support 1 week in three. There is opportunity for growth within the role.
